  • How do I store my cupcakes?
    We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as this will dry out the cake. If consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.
  • Do you ship your cupcakes?
    We ship our freshly baked dessert in mason jars topped with fillings and frostings. Each jar contains approximately two cupcakes. Become a member of our Mojar of the Month Club or call 781-803-6606 and a member of our Mojo Crew will be happy to take your order. Currently unavailable/returning soon!
  • Does Cupcake Mojo deliver?
    Delivery is available through DoorDash and UberEats.
  • Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
    You can walkup to our takeout windows any time during open hours and grab some treats. They are first come, first served 😆. We are open Tues-Fri from 11 AM - 6 PM and Sat-Sun from 11AM - 3PM. If you need catering, please fill out the form on our catering page or call us directly at 781-803-6606.
  • Can I phone an order for pick-up?
    Sorry, we do not take orders over the phone! The easiest option is to pre-order online for pickup.
  • Can you customize my cupcakes?
    We sure can! Please fill out our catering form and we will get back to you within 48 business hours to discuss with you.
  • Can you do cupcakes for my wedding?
    Yes, we'd love to bake for your special day! See our Catering page or call 781-803-6606 for more details.
  • Can I order a flavor that I don't see on your menu?
    Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the flavors available on the day of your order. We do make exceptions for catering and corporate orders of 6 dozen or more. Please call 781-803-6606 and speak to a member of the Mojo Crew for assistance. If you are looking for a large or custom order, please fill out the form on our catering page.
  • I have a nut allergy, should I eat products from Cupcake Mojo?
    It's true...We're a bit nutty! Cupcake Mojo is NOT a nut free shop. Some of our products are prepared with peanuts and other nut products. If you are allergic to nuts we recommend not eating our products.
  • Will my Gluten Free and Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free cupcakes be packaged separately from regular cupcakes?
    Yes! Gluten Free cupcakes and our Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free cupcakes will all be packaged together in one container separate from regular cupcakes.
  • Does Cupcake Mojo offer any gluten-free, vegan, or sugar-free cupcakes?
    Cupcake Mojo is happy to offer both gluten-free and vegan-dairy free-gluten free cupcake flavors. However, we are not an allergen-free bakery. Since we bake with wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten or dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
  • What if I don't pick up my order?
    Orders are held for 24 hours from the date and time you chose for pickup. After the 24 hours they are disposed of. There is no credit or refund for orders not picked up.
  • I won a contest! How do I claim my prize?
    Congratulations! If you've been notified that you won a contest give us a call at 781-803-6606. All contest prizes must be claimed and picked up within 1 week. After that time the prize is given to next person on the list.
  • Do you have a Return/Cancellation Policy?
    We do! There's a 72 hour cancellation notice required for a refund. Notice must be submitted during business hours and confirmed by a store manager. 25% cancellation processing fee applies. No cancellations accepted after that time. Open merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Is the last pickup time really 2:15 when I'm placing a preorder?
    Not always! Please give us a call and we may be able to arrange for a later pickup time. Please note, if we sell out we do leave for the day.
