Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
You can walkup to our takeout windows any time during open hours and grab some treats. They are first come, first served 😆. We are open Mon-Fri from 11 AM - 6 PM and Sat-Sun from 11AM - 3PM.
Can I phone an order for pick-up?
Sorry, we do not take orders over the phone! The easiest option is to pre-order online for pickup.
How do I store my cupcakes?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as this will dry out the cake. If consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.
Can you customize my cupcakes?
We sure can! Please fill out our catering form and we will get back to you within 48 business hours to discuss with you.
Do you ship your cupcakes?
We ship our freshly baked dessert in mason jars topped with fillings and frostings. Each jar contains approximately two cupcakes. Become a member of our Mojar of the Month Club or call 781-803-6606 and a member of our Mojo Crew will be happy to take your order.
Can you do cupcakes for my wedding?

Can I order a flavor that I don't see on your menu?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer the flavors available on the day of your order. We do make exceptions for catering and corporate orders of 6 dozen or more. Please call 781-803-6606 and speak to a member of the Mojo Crew for assistance. If you are looking for a large or custom order, please fill out the form on our catering page.
Does Cupcake Mojo deliver?

What if I don't pick up my order?
Orders are held for 24 hours from the date and time you chose for pickup. After the 24 hours they are donated to a charity.
Do you have a Return/Cancellation Policy?
We do! There's a 48 hour cancellation notice required for a full refund. No cancellations accepted after that time. Open merchandise cannot be returned.
